- Senior Engineer (10+ yrs) — must pass graduate assessment, four times
We move fast. Our hiring process reflects this: nine carefully sequenced stages, each designed to confirm what the previous one already established.
You will begin with our proprietary graduate assessment, designed for new CS graduates with zero industry experience. You will then repeat it in weeks three, six, and nine to confirm that your fundamentals have not degraded during the process. The assessment is timed. The timer cannot be paused. The timer has no visible countdown.
Competitive process. Salary on request, after round six. Equity is discussed during onboarding. Onboarding begins after the final assessment, which is different from the first four but substantively identical.
Cromulent AI is an equal-opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of anything except performance in our graduate assessment, which correlates weakly with job performance and strongly with willingness to tolerate our graduate assessment.
From the Satire Desk at goodbye, interview. All companies and people in this memo are fictional. Satire is always labelled and never names real companies — the true stories do that on their own. Spotted an error of fact in our non-fiction? Corrections.
