**INTERNAL MEMO — HUSTLESPHERE AI — HUMAN CAPITAL (NOT HR)**

We have received an overwhelming response to our Founding Creative listing, and we wish to address several recurring questions with the transparency that defines the HustleSphere Way.

**On the 100-hour workweek.** It is not mandatory. It is aspirational. Founding Creatives who wish to remain in the top 1% will naturally gravitate toward this number without being asked. The seventy-hour floor is a benchmark, not a requirement. We trust you to make the right choice.

**On 'chip on the shoulder energy.'** We are not asking you to be angry. We are asking you to transmute unresolved personal material into output that moves markets. Your friction is our fuel. We have found that fully adjusted individuals rarely ship at 2 a.m.

**On 'don't come with lots of trauma.'** This has been misread. We welcome trauma. We simply ask that you have already converted it into a performance advantage prior to onboarding. Unprocessed trauma is a drag on sprint velocity. Processed trauma is conviction. Know the difference.

**On neurodivergence.** We do not require a diagnosis. Self-identification is sufficient and encouraged. A brief note in your onboarding questionnaire — 'I see patterns others miss' or 'I have been told I am difficult to work with' — will suffice. Formal documentation is neither requested nor reviewed.

**On compensation.** Our ₹25 LPA package has been criticised online by people doing the maths on hourly rates. These calculations assume a standard workweek, which, as clarified above, does not apply here. At HustleSphere, compensation is best understood as a stipend that keeps you alive while you build equity in a vision larger than yourself.
