Interview Loop v21.0 — Release Notes

Rollout: immediate. Applies to all open roles, including the unpaid ones.

WHAT'S NEW

• Loop length increased from 14 rounds to 21. Early data showed candidates were still forming opinions at round 14; this release aims to fully extinguish them.

• New Round 19 (Culture Discovery) replaces old Round 19 (Culture Discovery), which had accidentally been scheduled after Round 20.

• All recruiters now authorised to say “we're moving fast” at any point in the eleven-week process.

IMPROVEMENTS

• Round 8 (Take-Home) now due within 48 hours and reviewed within never.

• Final round renamed “the final round” for the third time. A second final round has been added for candidates who impress.

KNOWN ISSUES

• Some candidates report receiving an offer. This is a display bug and has been logged.

• Round 21 (Offer) may be preceded by Round 21 (Rejection). Both are working as intended.
