**Position:** Entry-Level Thought Ninja (Unpaid Excellence Track)

Cromulent AI seeks a driven, high-agency candidate to join our lean team of eight. Compensation: ₹2.4 lakh per annum, plus exposure, plus the privilege of being evaluated.

**Hiring process (5 rounds + 2.5-year engagement bond):**

- Round 1: Virtual aptitude gauntlet (90 minutes, single attempt, webcam on)

- Round 2: In-person group discussion in which speaking is mandatory and listening is optional

- Round 3: Technical interview (whiteboard not provided)

- Round 4: Technical interview (identical to Round 3, but the interviewer has not read your resume)

- Round 5: Managerial interview, conducted as a surprise on a day of the committee's choosing

Upon joining, the successful Ninja agrees to a 2.5-year service bond, a ₹1.5 lakh exit penalty, and a standing commitment to thank the CEO daily for the opportunity.

Candidates who inquire about work-life balance will be re-scheduled at the committee's convenience. Candidates who ask about the revenue model will be escorted to a shorter process elsewhere.
