Beacon Rounds Inc.: Interview Scorecard (Vibes, Weighted)

BEACON ROUNDS INC. — HIRING PANEL

Interview Scorecard v4 (Vibes, Weighted) · Do not share with candidates

Section A — Technical signal (25 points)

Reserved for later stages. Not required at Stage 1 of 9.

Section B — Cultural resonance (60 points)

· Did the candidate laugh at the hiring manager's joke? (20)

· Did they laugh at the second, worse joke? (15)

· Did they laugh before the punchline, proving they are quick? (10)

· Did they refrain from asking what the salary range is? (15)

Section C — Enthusiasm (15 points, optional)

Awarded at the panel's discretion. Candidates who ask how many rounds remain score zero here and, per Policy 4.2, at every other section.

Note: we are a high-trust, low-bureaucracy company, which is why the scorecard runs to four pages.

Candidates scoring below 75 are warmly invited to try again next time. There is no 'next time'.
