What Is This PMP? Asked Three Times

A certified project manager interviewed in person for a project manager role at a small digital agency. The panel asked what PMP and PMI stood for, where the certification came from and how long the course had taken. The candidate explained. They also asked why they had left their last job — then asked again twenty minutes later, and a third time before the candidate got out the door. The rejection arrived an hour after they got home.
