No resume uploaded, no work history filled in, no submission clicked. The system fired back a rejection email instantly: 'After review of your resume, skills, and experience, we have decided to move forward with other candidates.' Commenters called it a new frontier in recruiting absurdity — an ATS so efficient it rejects candidates who haven't applied yet.
