Rather than record it, he wrote back and withdrew from consideration. He was, he said, disappointed that the company had chosen a screening platform over a person-to-person process. A company that treats potential employees “like profiles on an app,” he wrote, raises real doubts about how it treats staff after they are hired.
He asked to be removed from consideration, and thanked them for their time.
