On-site Screening

A candidate on Reddit described arriving at an interview via public bus. The hiring manager, who had been watching the building entrance on a security monitor, opened the interview not with a question about skills but with a lecture on how bus riders are "unreliable and will often be late." He then told the candidate their red hair was "unprofessional" and ended the meeting. Not a single question about the candidate's qualifications was asked.
