The follow-up, from the same desk, opened with “You got the job!” and closed with “we regret to inform you that you have NOT been selected.” The screenshot, shared on LinkedIn and reposted to r/recruitinghell, pulled in more than six thousand upvotes from people who had only seen a picture of it.
