The candidate applied in June for a senior analyst role at a mid-sized tech company. The recruiter screen went great, the hiring manager interview was lovely, the three-person peer panel was fine, and the four-hour technical case study ate an entire weekend. Six rounds and eight weeks later, the company stopped responding. The process was thorough about everything except the ending.
