# Told She Was Hired, Then Asked to Send Photos to 'Release Pressure'

Anushka Kaur, a content strategist, shared on LinkedIn that a recruiter named Sham Mundada told her she was hired for an Executive Assistant role—then asked if she was "comfortable sending him pictures to help release pressure at work." Kaur declined. Mundada's LinkedIn profile claimed he was "Head of Performance Marketing at Google." Kaur's post urging other job seekers not to ignore red flags went viral. Google has not commented.
