A Bengaluru startup founder says he has never hired from a resume. Vikramaditya Shukla of Easemyexpo spends the first ten to fifteen minutes in an unstructured conversation — no preset questions, no competency frameworks — and hires on the spot if a candidate's "energy matches" and they show what he calls "high agency."
