Micro1 floods job boards with remote roles and sends applicants through AI interviews with a bot named Zara. Its Candidate Privacy Policy states that interview audio, video, transcripts and assessment results may be used to 'train and enhance our proprietary machine learning models.' The policy was changed in July — apparently to make it plainer that candidates are also raw material.
