The first interview was scheduled for 10 a.m.; the candidate waited nearly an hour — on vacation time from a current job — before being told it needed rescheduling. Five rounds followed, one interviewer never showed, and the rejection still arrived. A process that burns a candidate’s leave and then no-shows them is its own answer.
