# INTERNAL MEMO: Q3 Candidate Communication Compliance Initiative — Paradigm Systems HR

Effective immediately, Paradigm Systems will implement the following Candidate Communication Protocol to align with emerging regulatory expectations while maintaining our industry-leading cost-per-vacancy metrics.

1. AUTOMATED 45-DAY CHECK-IN. All interviewed candidates will receive a system-generated status update on day 44: "Your application remains under active consideration. We appreciate your continued interest and patience." This message satisfies statutory obligations while conveying no information of any kind. It cannot be replied to.

2. GHOST JOB DISCLOSURE FRAMEWORK. Per new transparency requirements, all job postings will now carry one of three designations:

They will not be informed that VerdictAI's primary selection criterion is whether the candidate's CV contains the exact string "paradigm-shifting" or lists Python as a skill regardless of the role. Our data shows this filter captures 94% of qualified applicants while rejecting 100% of people who know what "paradigm-shifting" actually means.

4. REJECTION EXPERIENCE UPGRADE. Per our analysis of 20,973 online complaints, 15.5% of candidate grievances relate to how rejection is delivered — not the rejection itself.
