Recent candidate feedback indicates an overemphasis on numerical compensation during offer conversations. This is a distraction. Going forward, all verbal offers shall emphasise the following non-numerical value pillars:

1. Mission Alignment. Candidates who ask about base salary are not yet mission-aligned. Redirect such inquiries to the company founding story and our plan to "democratise something important."

2. Rockstar Adjacency. The opportunity to work alongside a self-described rockstar team is, itself, a form of compensation. Several team members own guitars.
